Systems Radio is a 24/7 lofi live stream on YouTube run by Sevenflowlabs Oy (Business ID 3660293-5, Helsinki, Finland, lukas.systemized@gmail.com). By submitting a track you confirm and agree:
You are at least 18 (or have your guardian's permission), you created the track and you own or control all rights in it (composition, recording, samples, co-writers). It is not a cover and contains no unlicensed samples. You are responsible for any claim by a third party about the track.
You grant Sevenflowlabs Oy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to play the track in the Systems Radio live stream and in previews and short clips of that stream, synchronised with the stream's visuals, with loudness normalisation and crossfades, and to grant YouTube the licence its terms require for hosting the stream. No other changes are made to the track. The licence lasts until the track is removed.
We credit you on screen as "Artist – Title" and in the stream description with the link you give us.
The track is not registered in YouTube Content ID or distributor monetisation, or you allow-list our channel before it airs. A Content ID claim against the stream is a reason for immediate removal.
Either side can remove the track at any time. Removal happens at the next stream rebuild, within 14 days of the request.
No payment is owed in either direction for free submissions. We make no promise about how often, how long or whether the track is played, or that the stream continues. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect loss. Paid "Featured" placement, if offered later, is a separate, clearly labelled agreement.
You tell us if AI tools generated the track or its vocals. We may decline AI-generated tracks.
Finnish law applies and disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory law of your home country gives you a different right.
Sevenflowlabs Oy stores your name, artist name, e-mail, track link and this consent to document the permission and to contact you about the track (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Google (Workspace) hosts the form and the sheet as our processor. We keep the data while the track is in rotation and for 12 months after removal, then delete it; you can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
